BuzzTaxi’s factual racks up sales in North and South America

BuzzTaxi, a Toronto-based distributor of factual and documentary titles, has a raft of sales to announce. American cable channel Halogen Network picked up one-hour environmental documentary Thin Ice and health series Healing with Animals (13 x 30-minutes). Logo Channel brings Gemini-award winning The Decorating Adventures of Ambrose Price (13 x 30 minutes) its U.S. debut. Canadian public broadcaster SCN acquired environmental/lifestyle title Off the Grid (1 x 1-hour) and doc Things to Do When You are Dead (1 x 1 hour); while The Knowledge Network picked up Jennifer Baichwal's The Holier it Gets. In Latin America, lifestyle/cooking show At the Table With (26 x 30 mins) sold to MGM/Casa Club, while travel/adventure series Survivorman (23 x 1 hour) was picked up by Ecuavisa for free television in Ecuador.
