Darlow Smithson Productions (DSP), an Endemol company, has just announced it has signed a first look deal with news content company Barcroft Media. With journalists in the U.S., Australia, Asia and the UK, Barcroft specializes in gaining exclusive access to stories for print media worldwide. The deal will give DSP access to Barcroft’s news contributors while allowing the company to secure TV rights to high profile news stories. Barcroft recently gained exclusive access for The Girl Who Cries Blood and My Child is a Monkey for National Geographic Channel and The Girl with 8 Limbs for Channel 4′s ‘Bodyshock’ strand.
