Endemol comes to new agreement with UK CEO

Endemol UK's CEO Tim Hincks has signed a new employment agreement with the company which will extend his term until December 2014. Hinks, who started his tenure as CEO in January 2008, has grown the UK business every year, significantly expanding and diversifying the company's output. Last year he oversaw the acquisitions of three of the UK's leading indies (Tiger Aspect, Darlow Smithson and Tigress), and over the last 12 months has seen Endemol UK put 73 series on air, 30 of which were new commissions. 'Endemol is one of the most creative and dynamic companies in the world and in the UK I'm privileged to be surrounded by some of the most talented people in the business,' says Hincks. 'There's nowhere else I'd rather be.'
