Millionmedia and Ricochet team up for BB2 art of the table series

BBC Two has commissioned indie Millionmedia and Ricochet, a Shed Media Group company, for an eight-part series about Michel Roux Jr.'s quest to find a new generation of restaurant service superstars. At Your Service (w/t)is a one-hour series that takes eight young Brits who will become front-of-house staff at some of the country's best restaurants. Roux Jr., who is proprietor of the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Gavroche, will give two of the eight youth the chance to train for six months in the hospitality industry and awarded scholarships with the Academy of Food and Wine.
