Universal Networks International, the global channels division of NBC Universal, has dropped Hallmark Channel and replaced it with Diva Universal across 21 Asian countries. The move is part of a rebrand on five flagship brands, Syfy Universal, DIVA Universal, 13th STREET Universal, Universal Channel and Studio Universal. The Diva Universal channel will provide a mix of drama and reality shows, like season two of The Biggest Loser Asia, Fashion Show and Top Chef, for its female skewing target demographic.
