Shankly, NGI copro sells into over 100 countries

First Ascent, a rock climbing adventure series has been licensed by Shankly International Distribution to eight more territories, bringing the series, a copro by National Geographic International, into a told of over 100 countries. BBC Scandinavia for Scandinavia and Poland has licensed the show, along with Extreme Channel for the U.K., Red Bull Media for German Free TV, and DR HD Channel for Denmark. The series is currently airing throughout Asia, Latin America and the Middle East on National Geographic's Adventure Channel. The series was produced by National Geographic International, and Peter Mortimer and Nick Rosen of Sender Films.
