Rive Gauche acquires two Nat Geo docs

Rive Gauche Television has announced the addition of two National Geographic documentaries to its slate ahead of MIPCOM. The newly acquired Nat Geo docs will be brought to the market for the first time. After The Spill: The Last Catch is a one-hour special from Highest Common Denominator and Jonathan Stack, on Louisiana fisherman dealing with the aftermath of the BP oil spill. Hunt For The Somali Pirates is produced by Gordon Forbes and Pacific Coast Video, and recounts the five days in which Navy SEALs launched a sneak attack to rescue the Maersk Alabama from Somali pirates. RGTV holds worldwide distribution rights outside the U.S. for both shows.
