Banijay International welcomes ‘Secret Tourist’ to MIPCOM

International distributor Banijay International has secured global distribution rights to the BBC1 factual series The Secret Tourist and will bring the format to MIPCOM 2010 next month.

International distributor Banijay International has secured global distribution rights to the BBC1 factual series The Secret Tourist and will bring the format to MIPCOM 2010 next month. The travel show sends an ‘undercover’ family to holiday hot spots to put resorts and tourist services to the test to help vacationers avoid scams. Other shows on Banijay’s MIPCOM slate include family game show Superstar Ding Dong, social experiment Project Family 2011, fact-ent series Operation Neighbourhood and travel-themed reality competition Holiday Roulette.
