Los Angeles-based Splash News and producer/distributor Shankly Productions will co-produce the 13-episode half-hour series Ultimate Hollywood Countdown, a comedic clip show based on celebrity factoids. The companies announced the deal at MIPCOM this week and will make the show available for buyers in April 2011.
