IFC has revealed its development slate, which include three non-fiction programs that fit the network's 'Always On. Slightly Off' brand. Red Line Films will produce Hero House (w/t) for IFC, a series that will take a group of real-life heroes from around the country and tasks them with cleaning up one city's troubled streets. Hero House will be executive produced by Peter Franchella, Aaron Rothman and Al Szymanski. Reveille-produced non-fiction comedy series, the Untitled Rhett & Link/Reveille Project, follows comedy duo Rhett and Link through American small towns as they develop and make commercials for local businesses using the locals as talent. That series is executive Produced by Rhett McLaughlin, Link Neal, Howard T. Owens, Todd Cohen and Fernando Mills, and producer Paul Cockerill. Last up is the unique series from Original Productions, Whisker Wars. Executive produced by Thom Beers and Philip D. Segal, and co-executive produced by Jeff Conroy, this series puts the spotlight on the world of competitive facial hair growing.
