Organizers behind the History Makers conference, to be held from January 26-28 in New York, have announced the nominees for its awards ceremony, recognizing the best in history, current affairs and non-fiction programming.
This year’s gala will be hosted by Alison Stewart, co-anchor of PBS’ TV and online newsmagazine Need to Know. The Peabody Award-winning Stewart has also reported and anchored for ABC News, CBS News, NPR, NBC News, MSNBC, and MTV News.
