HGTV loves “Love It or List It”

The lifestyle series Love It Or List It from Toronto-based Big Coat Productions has been picked up by the U.S. HGTV channel.

The deal by Australian distributor Beyond Distribution sees the U.S. channel acquire 52 hours of the series about homeowners choosing between renovating their home or being tempted away by a new property.

Production is currently underway for a fourth season of Love It or List  It, which is hosted by Hilary Farr and David Visentin, and airs on W network in Canada.

In other Beyond Distribution news, the Sydney-based distributor has sold another 30 hours of MythBusters to French Canadian channel Z-Tele.

The Beyond Television Productions show, which debunks popular myths in the name of science, airs on the Discovery Channel in the U.S.
