Solomon Nwabueze joins FremantleMedia Enterprises

FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME) has appointed Solomon Nwabueze as its SVP, content/IP and coproductions for EMEA and Asia-Pacific.

FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME) has appointed Solomon Nwabueze as its SVP, content/IP and coproductions for EMEA and Asia-Pacific.

Based in London, he will be responsible for acquiring new content in EMEA and Asia-Pacific, with a focus on content that can be exploited across multiple platforms. His duties also include identifying partnership opportunities in both regions.

Nwabueze also joins FME’s Global Content team, where he will manage and develop relationships with content providers and rights holders.

He will report to FME’s global CEO, David Ellender.

Prior to joining FME, Nwabueze ran PaperPlaneMedia, a company that evolves strategic commercial relationships with talent, producers and distributors. Some of its clients include Warner Bros, ITV, Sony Pictures and Universal Music International.

Nwabueze has also established Sony BMG’s visual media division and held the role of director of acquisitions and mergers at Warner Music International.
