UK indie television group All3Media is launching a U.S. office, All3Media America, to be headed up by Studio Lambert’s Eli Holzman as president, and Stephen Lambert (pictured) as chairman.

The move into the U.S. will afford All3Media Group companies, including Optomen, Maverick, Lion Television, One Potato Two Potato and Studio Lambert, the opportunity to continue to develop and produce their programs in the U.S., which the company says is its fastest growing market.

Studio Lambert USA will cease to operate as a separate company and will become one of the prodco brands producing through All3Media America.

Lambert and Holzman will report to group CEO Farah Ramzan Golant.

The existing production companies based in the U.S. or that have U.S. offices, including Lion Television, Optomen, Zoo and One Potato, Two Potato will all continue operating as usual, but will now collaborate with All3Media America when opportunities arise.

Meanwhile All3Media companies based in the UK, Netherlands, New Zealand and Germany – which include ID-TV, Lime (The Only Way is Essex, Geordie Shore), Maverick (Embarrassing Bodies) MME (Families At The Crossroads,), North One (The Gadget Show), Objective (Undercover Princes), Studio Lambert (Undercover Boss) and South Pacific Pictures (How Clean Is Your House) – will now produce their U.S. programming with All3Media America.

Nancy Tellem will carry on as All3Media Group’s U.S. based non-executive director, and All3Media International will distribute the content.

“Now we are bringing our multi-genre, award winning creative companies in our group to the U.S. market and supporting them with a high quality, fully-resourced production capability. It is a fusion of diverse, creative talent with strong production infrastructure,” said Ramzan Golant in a statement.

“Eli and I are hugely excited by the opportunity to work with the many highly talented creative teams across the All3Media Group in our new hub, and help them sell and produce their ideas in the U.S. in both scripted and non-scripted,” said Lambert.
