Australia’s SBS International has sold the second installment of Luke Nguyen’s Greater Mekong to Scripps Networks Interactive brand Food Network in the U.S.

Food Network has also picked up four interstitials created for the Chinese New Year and a two-hour special, Luke Nguyen’s Memories of Vietnam, along with the latest in the Australian-Vietnamese chef’s franchise.

Produced by Red Creative Media, part two of Luke Nguyen’s Greater Mekong sees the chef travel further into the Mekong region, where he visits communities and food cultures in Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam’s Mekong Delta.

Luke Nguyen’s Memories of Vietnam looks back at previous seasons of Nguyen’s series, with anecdotes and behind-the-scene stories from the chef’s travels, as well as previously unseen footage from Luke Nguyen’s Vietnam series one and two.
