Fishbowl hires two development execs

LA-based Fishbowl Worldwide Media has added two executives, with Emily Mayer (pictured, left) taking on the role of senior VP of development and Winston Cutshall (right) named director of development.

LA-based Fishbowl Worldwide Media has added two executives, with Emily Mayer (pictured left) taking on the role of senior VP of development and Winston Cutshall (right) named director of development.

Mayer joins the prodco from NBCUniversal’s Wilshire Studios, where she was the VP of development. Other prior roles included VP of development at GRB Entertainment and positions at 44 Blue Productions and Fox Television Studios.

Cutshall comes from Idiomatic Entertainment, where he was co-founder and partner. The company has developed reality projects for such companies as Pilgrim Films and Television, 3Ball and Super Delicious.

Fishbowl’s current output includes Bravo’s Toned Up and the upcoming Upload With Shaq for truTV, while its development slate including pilots for Bravo, E!, Lifetime, GSN and Animal Planet.

“Emily and Winston have great production and development instincts, deep relationships at a host of networks and are widely respected in the community,” said Beth Greenwald, president of creative affairs, Fishbowl Worldwide Media.
