U.S. prodco High Noon Entertainment has promoted its senior director of development Katie Neff (pictured) to the role of VP of development.

Neff – who joined High Noon in 2011 – will continue to create and develop programming across all unscripted genres for broadcast and cable nets, and will report to senior VP of development Jill Schwartz.

The exec’s recent credits include HGTV’s Fixer Upper as well as the forthcoming series Polka Kings (Reelz Channel) and Mikie Saves the Date (FYI). Prior to joining High Noon, Neff served as a producer on the shows Bang for your Buck (HGTV), Real Estate International (HGTV) and Prospectors (Weather Channel).

“Katie is a dynamic development exec when it comes to fresh innovative ideas and genre-busting formats,” said Schwartz in a statement. “Her diverse skills run the gamut from real estate to food to competition,” the exec added. “She’s an invaluable part of our team as we continue to bring our development slate to series.”
