Bruce Sinofsky, filmmaker and longtime collaborator with Joe Berlinger on such projects as the Paradise Lost trilogy and Metallica: Some Kind of Monster, will be honored with a memorial in New York City in May.
Sponsored by the Film Society of Lincoln Center, the memorial will take place on Wednesday, May 5, from 2-3:30 p.m, at New York City’s Walter Reade Theater. A reception will follow the memorial service.
The Peabody and Emmy-winning filmmaker passed away on February 21 at the age of 58, following complications from diabetes.
