Christopher Titus to host Realscreen Awards

The comedian and host of History's Pawnography will take the stage for the annual awards ceremony on June 2 in Santa Monica.

Christopher Titus, a comedian with several Comedy Central specials under his belt and host of History’s Pawn Stars-inspired game show Pawnography, will take the stage at the Realscreen Awards in Santa Monica as host of the annual ceremony.

Calling himself a purveyor of “hard funny,” Titus’s edgy brand of comedy has been featured in five Comedy Central specials thus far, with the sixth, Angry Pursuit of Happiness, airing on the cable network this Saturday (May 9). He also starred in the sitcoms Big Shots on ABC and Titus on Fox.

In addition, Titus serves as host of the Leftfield Pictures-produced Pawnography, a game show spun from the massive hit Pawn Stars and airing on History.

The Realscreen Awards, recognizing the best in unscripted and non-fiction programming from around the world, will take place on June 2 at the Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica, during the Realscreen West conference which runs from June 1-3.
