Endemol Shine North America has inked an exclusive multi-platform agreement with The Apprentice producer Justin Hochberg‘s (pictured) Just Entertainment Studio.

The partnership will see Hochberg – who played a part in the original development and launch of The Apprentice and The Contender franchises on NBC - and his team developing global-facing TV formats and digital branded content for Endemol Shine Group’s North American division.

The exec has also served as a producer for an array of major networks, and has developed and sold more than 30 series formats. His credits include creating The Profit (CNBC) and The Great Escape (TNT) and producing The Moment for USA Network, as well as Race to the Scene for Reelz.

Since founding Just Entertainment in 2013, Hochberg has led the TV and new media studio – which is dedicated to unscripted television, branded entertainment and digital content – in the development of factual projects across six American networks.
