Thinkfactory Media ups Rubino

The ITV-owned prodco has promoted longtime exec Joanne Rubino to EVP of production, tasked with overseeing all aspects of the division while supervising the company's infrastructure and financial growth.

ITV-owned Thinkfactory Media has upped Joanne Rubino from SVP of production to EVP of the division.

Rubino, with the company for 16 years, is expanding her management role with the promotion, overseeing all aspects of production while supervising the company’s infrastructure and financial growth.

Over the course of the past year, Rubino has overseen all of the company’s productions and has produced several of its projects. The company says that 2015 has been a “banner year,” with more projects on air and in development than in prior years.

“Joanne has been essential to the growth of our company over the past 16 years,” said Leslie Greif, CEO & founder of Thinkfactory Media, in a statement. “She has played an integral role in shepherding our most successful projects, and continues to seek new opportunities for diversification. We are lucky to have an individual with such an exemplary skill set on our team.”

“My 16 years with Leslie and the Thinkfactory Media family have been a long, wild and wonderful journey,” said Rubino. “I truly love what I do and am proud to work alongside some of the hardest working producers in the business.”

The company has also upped Ayelet Bick to director of production.

Recent Thinkfactory production credits include the scripted project, Texas Rising, for History, the Marriage Boot Camp franchise for WE tv, and Pop’s Queens of Drama .
