Endemol Shine North America ups Julie Holland

Endemol Shine North America has upped Julie Holland (pictured) to the post of VP of communications.

Holland, who joined the LA-based prodco in 2012, oversees the company’s unscripted publicity efforts and public relations initiatives surrounding its brand, integration, commercial partnerships and ancillary products group. Additionally, the exec supports Endemol Shine’s corporate, consumer and internal communications efforts, as well as events coordination, awards and talent relations.

In her time with the company, Holland has spearheaded publicity campaigns across such unscripted series as Fox’s MasterChef and MasterChef Junior, NBC’s The Biggest Loser and CNBC’s Restaurant Startup.

Prior to joining the company, Holland worked for Triple 7 PR, overseeing brand development, product launches and entertainment publicity for such events as ABC’s Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.

“Julie has tremendous experience in nearly every facet of our business and she’s done a phenomenal job launching many of our top series over the last few years,” said Joe Schlosser, senior VP of communications at Endemol Shine North America, in a statement.
