Scripps Networks Interactive-owned channel DIY Network has ordered the home restoration series Stone House Revival from Magnetic Productions.

The 13-part series follows contractor and carpenter Jeff Devlin (pictured) and a team of renovation experts as they revitalize dilapidated, centuries-old properties in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Each episode of the series will feature Devlin as he refurbishes homes into contemporary living spaces while preserving the structure’s historic integrity. In the series debut, Devlin and his team revive a master bedroom and library in a home that dates back to the 1700s with era-specific details.

Magnetic’s Patrick Beedle and Anna Campbell serve as executive producers on the series.

Stone House Revival is scheduled to premiere on May 11 at 10 p.m. EST/PST.

“I’ve been renovating homes around Bucks County for more than 20 years and most of them are older than the country itself,” Devlin said in a statement. “People take the heart out of the home when they strip it down or try to change it into something new. We’re going to show how we restore and renovate these places and save some history, too.”
