Los Angeles-based prodco Critical Content has established overall producer deals with several prodcos, including Alevy Productions, headed by Howie Mandel (pictured).

Each of the companies will receive capital investment and access to Critical Content’s infrastructure to help propel development and production. This round of partnerships brings the total overall producer deals to date for Critical Content to 13.

Other producers teaming with Critical Content include Matt Duffy and Jeff Parker’s Luau Studios; Gatekeeper Productions, headed by former Zodiak Los Angeles CEO Tony Yates; former Bunim/Murray development exec Rachel Schwartz; Troy Searer‘s Boombox Entertainment; and scripted producer Jon Schwart’s Persona Non Grata Productions.

“Critical has a pretty simple mission: empower the most creative minds in our industry to do their best, most creative work,” Critical Content CEO Tom Forman said in a statement. “We’re beyond excited to welcome Howie and the other producers to our company, and can’t wait to share their groundbreaking development with our broadcast, cable, and digital partners.”
