International distributor Cineflix Rights has secured a distribution deal with U.S. prodco Bellum Entertainment for new properties including Bizarre Murders and Bizarre Bloopers.
Bizarre Murders (52 x 30 minutes; pictured) examines unusually true criminal cases, from a man blowing up his twin during a dispute over their inheritance, to a woman gunned down by 14 state troopers after mistaking her for a target.
The 52 x 30-minute Bizarre Bloopers, meanwhile, showcases some of the funniest, most embarrassing missteps from across the globe in a clip series format.
The deal with Bellum was closed by Cineflix’s Anthony Kimble, senior VP of copros and North American acquisitions.
“Both Bizarre Murders and Bizarre Bloopers are perfect series for our buyers looking for high-quality, volume programming full of stand-out clips and stories,” said Cineflix Rights CEO Chris Bonney in a statement.
