Nashville-based prodco TackleBox Films has elevated Joe DelGrosso and Brian Friedman to the positions of EVP, development and production.

In their new roles, both Friedman (pictured, right) and DelGrosso (pictured, left) will be tasked with overseeing the company’s current non-scripted series and slate of development.

Before joining TackleBox Films, DelGrosso was an executive on Tru TV’s Impractical Jokers and TLC’s Say Yes To The Dress Atlanta through a stint with NorthSouth Productions, as well as a production exec at CMT’s Santa Monica office.

Meanwhile, Friedman’s credits include MTV’s Making the Video, Punk’d and Real World.

Founded in 2003 by director Shaun Silva, TackleBox Films has worked with artists including Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan. The company is also behind the Emmy nominated ESPN ’30 for 30′ project, The Irrelevant Giant.

In 2013, TackleBox Films launched its non-scripted division working with traditional networks and emerging digital platforms such as the heartland millennial-focused Rated Red for their series Going Cambo.
