All3Media America’s CEO Greg Lipstone and COO Dan Donahue have exited the company.

Lipstone (pictured) was the company’s longtime agent, and a founding partner of the talent and literary agency, ICM Partners. He repped All3Media since its inception and joined All3Media America as CEO in 2015 to head the company’s expansion in the U.S.

Meanwhile, Donahue worked closely with Lipstone at ICM, where he was partner and COO. He went on to join All3Media America in early 2017 as chief operating officer. In his role, working with Lipstone, he was responsible for developing group operating policies and strategies across All3Media America’s companies, as well as working to expand domestic business.

No replacements have been named at present. The split is understood to be amicable.

“We would like to thank Greg and Dan for their many contributions to the success of All3Media America and wish them both the very best in their future endeavors,” said Jane Turton, CEO of parent company All3 Media, in a statement.
