Los Angeles and Tampa-based branded and content studio Spectrum has named Matthew Kershaw as creative director.

In his new role, the branded entertainment and television veteran will focus on strategy, creative development and original content for Spectrum’s clients.

Kershaw comes to Spectrum from Big Boots Inc. where he held the role of SVP, head of production. 

Kershaw has been in the industry for 25 years, working as a producer, director, showrunner and develop exec.

Most recently, he produced series for CW Seed, Verizon’s go90, Awesomeness, CBC and Bravo. His credits include the Gemini-award winning series At the End of My Leash  and its sequl Puppy SOS. 

Kershaw also created branded content for platforms such as Snapchat, Instagram and Facebook Live for clients such as Marriott and Blizzard, and influencers including to boxer Floyd Mayweather and Amanda Cerny.
