British multi-channel broadcaster UKTV and Australian pay-TV network Foxtel Lifestyle have partnered with international distributor Parade Media to produce an adventure culinary series hosted by Jack Stein.
Jack Stein: Inside the Box (10 x 30 minutes) follows the chef as he embarks on a globetrotting adventure as he visits 10 cities to share the history and flavors of quintessential English cuisine with unsuspecting locals and chefs.
The series was created and developed by Singapore- and London-based distributor Parade Media, Australian indie Projucer, and Jack Stein.
Jack Stein: Inside the Box was ordered by Foxtel with pre-investment from UKTV. The deal was brokered by Charlie Charalambous, UKTV’s acquisitions manager, and Matthew Ashcroft, CEO of Parade Media.
The series is in currently in production, with filming will commence in June. It’s expected to transmit in early 2019.
Parade is handling global distribution.
