Keshet Productions UK has bolstered its non-scripted development team with three senior appointments, including a former Endemol Shine Group executive.

Jamie Ormerod (pictured) has joined the British division of the Israeli firm as its director of development. Previously, he spent two years at Endemol Shine as the company’s creative director, where he co-created ITV daytime hits Golden Balls and Tenable. Ormerod has also held senior positions at Tuesday’s Child and the BBC.

In addition, Keshet UK has added Tom Sutton, who has been named senior development producer, and Alice O’Brien, who takes on the role of development assistant producer.

Sutton has worked in entertainment development and production for the past 15 years, producing on such series as I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!Big Brother and You’re Back in the Room.

O’Brien, meanwhile, previously worked on such entertainment programs as Tattoo Fixers and The Only Way Is Essex.

The appointments are meant to reinforce Keshet Productions UK’s unscripted output – headed up by David Williams, creative director of non-scripted. The department’s recent credits include ITV2′s Celebrity Showmance, E4′s Walk of Shame Shuttle and ITVBe’s When Do You Get Off?.

“This is an exciting chapter in the growth of Keshet Productions UK. Jamie, alongside Tom and Alice, bring a breadth of experience and passion for creating standout TV, and I have no doubt they’ll play a huge role in shaping our next wave of original entertainment programming,” said Williams in a statement.

Part of the Keshet International family, Keshet Productions UK launched in 2012. The indie, which is led by MD Sammy Nourmand, develops and produces entertainment, fact-ent, reality and gameshows alongside scripted drama and comedy.
