Bicoastal entertainment agency Abrams Artists Agency has bolstered its unscripted ranks with the appointment of former Hearst Digital Media executive Sophie Bressler.
Bressler (pictured) has joined AAA’s alternative, digital, licensing and branding team in New York as an agent. She reports to New York division head and VP Mark Turner.
During her three-year tenure at Hearst Digital Media, Bressler was an integral part of the team that launched production division Hearst Originals. While there, she focused on unscripted series development and talent management with oversight for series sales to Twitter, Musical.ly and other digital distribution partners.
Bressler began her entertainment career at ICM Partners before moving on to A&E as a coordinator in its reality programming and development division, where she worked on several longstanding series including Intervention and Duck Dynasty.
Elsewhere, AAA has added Kohner Agency’s Dan Moresco to the company’s talent division in Los Angeles. He reports to Los Angeles division head and VP Justin Baxter.
Prior to AAA, Moresco worked at Kohner as part of the talent division, and spent five years at Paradigm Talent Agency where he began his career in the commercial and marketing department before moving into the talent department as an agent.
In addition, Sloane Fitzgerald has returned to AAA’s emerging talent division after working with TJX Companies in their marketing department.
Based in Los Angeles, Fitzgerald will serve as a coordinator and report into LA division head and VP Pamela Fisher and VP Domina Holbeck.
“These three hires represent the growth of the company in multiple divisions on both coasts. Sophie, Dan and Sloane are wonderful additions to the team at Abrams and continues our growth trajectory across the entire company,” said Harry Abrams in a statement.
