Former Go Go Luckey Entertainment executive Tina Gazzerro-Clapp has joined MGM-owned production unit Evolution Media as EVP of programming.

In the new role, Gazzerro-Clapp will be tasked with managing Evolution’s current productions and will also be responsible for leading the Burbank, California-based studio’s foray into documentary projects, including short-form, series and features.

Gazzerro-Clapp will report directly into Evolution Media president Douglas Ross and Alex Baskin, president of programming and development.

Most recently, Gazzerro-Clapp served as showrunner for Evolution’s Bug Juice reboot after having worked on the original series from 1998. Prior to her return to Evolution, Gazzerro-Clapp was president of non-fiction programming at Los Angeles-based Go Go Luckey Entertainment, where she oversaw all aspects of series production and development for the company’s full slate.

A 20-year veteran of the industry and an Emmy-nominated producer, Gazzerro-Clapp’s past credits include HBO’s Project Greenlight, Fox’s Joe Millionaire, MTV’s Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County and Pivot Channel’s Raising McCain.
