Indie distributor All3Media International has penned an exclusive multi-year first-look deal with London-based prodco Field Day Productions, a joint venture with Keo Films.
Under terms of the agreement, the two companies will focus on creating and developing premium non-scripted returnable content for the global market.
The first title to stem from the collaboration is the four-part documentary Inside the American Embassy (pictured) for Channel 4, which pulls the curtain back for an in-depth look at the American Embassy in London during a pivotal moment in history.
The partnership adds to a host of collaborations for All3Media International, who has previously teamed with renowned factual producers including Swan Films, Spun Gold and Parable for first-look agreements.
Field Day Productions was launched by chief creative officer Sally Angel in 2016 as a joint venture with Keo Films, with a mission to create arts, fact-ent, history and lifestyle programming. The company’s production portfolio currently includes the Roger Michell-directed feature documentary Nothing Like a Dame for BBC2 and the multi–award nominated digital short Missed Call, created in partnership with Royal Holloway University for Little Dot.
