Discovery-owned lifestyle channel HGTV is prepping a new real estate series with Flip or Flop star Tarek El Moussa.

The as-yet untitled series will see El Moussa (pictured) partnering with real estate novices to help them learn the secrets to successfully flip a property.

Pie Town Productions is producing, with Tara Sandler and Jennifer Davidson serving as executive producers, and Jake Gibson and Kent Llewellyn as co-executive producers.

“From start to finish, I’m giving these first-time flippers everything they need to score a profitable deal and not a bank-breaking flop,” said El Moussa.

El Moussa will also star in an upcoming HGTV series following his new life as a single dad.

HGTV has not yet set a premiere date for either show.
