Group Nine-owned lifestyle publisher Thrillist has made its first IP acquisition with YouTube comedy food series Send Foodz.
Send Foodz comes from digital creator and comedian Timothy DeLaGhetto (pictured) and his partner David So.
The series follows DeLaGhetto and So as they visit food festivals across the U.S., sampling everything from hot sauce to bacon to poke in their quest to find the best and most Instagram-able food out there.
Send Foodz will debut Feb. 14 at 2 p.m. ET/PT on Thrillist’s YouTube channel. New episodes will stream every other Thursday.
Thrillist also plans to distribute the series across other mobile and OTT platforms in the future.
