Newen Distribution takes rights to War Crimes Dealers
French prodco and distributor Newen Group has picked up the rights to CAPA-produced War Crimes Dealers via its distribution arm Newen Distribution.
The 1 x 52-minute doc has already been sold in Germany (ZDF Info), Denmark (DR), Finland (YLE), Middle East and Africa (AlJazeera), and Belgium (RTBF).
The film was commissioned by Arte in France and will air Tuesday (April 23).
War Crimes Dealers explores the arms trade while questioning the role of European countries in trading with Saudi Arabia, considering whether such deals make Europe complicit in war crimes.
