MGM-owned U.S. premium cable net Epix is now available on Amazon Prime Video Channels.

The network is the latest to join the SVOD’s Channels service, making it available to viewers on various platforms including smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV, Fire TV Sticks, Fire tablets, Android and iOS for US$5.99 per month on top of a Prime Video subscription.

The service gives viewers unlimited access to the complete Epix library, including films and TV from across the four Epix linear channels.

Non-fiction titles available from Epix include Punk (pictured), Serena, This is Home: A Refugee Story, The Panama Papers, America Divided, Doped: The Dirty Side of Sports, To Russia With Love and more.

“Working with Amazon to make Epix programming available on Prime Video Channels continues to build on the momentum we’ve created over the last several months,” said Epix president Michael Wright, in a statement.

“Launching Epix on Amazon Prime Video Channels is another important step in our overall strategy and our goal of making it easy for people everywhere to watch Epix,” added EVP and general manager Monty Sarhan. “We’re thrilled to build on our growing distribution with another important partner today.”
