Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has partnered with Brent Montgomery’s fledgling media and marketing enterprise Wheelhouse Entertainment and digital studio Portal A to launch a new content creation company, ITN Productions.
Under the media deal, the NFL star’s ITN Productions (run alongside business partner Ajay Sangha and not to be confused with the UK-based production entity, which is the creative production arm of ITN) will provide original unscripted programming for linear television, streaming and digital platforms.
Coinciding with the studio’s debut, Beckham’s launched a YouTube channel yesterday (July 23) set to provide fans with a unique off-the-field look into his life as he moves from the New York Giants to Cleveland for the forthcoming 2019-20 NFL season.
Additional projects from ITN Productions are currently in development.
“It’s amazing to launch my very own YouTube channel and give fans a behind the scenes look into my life,” Beckham said, in a statement. “This collaboration between Wheelhouse Entertainment and Portal A will expand my digital presence and engagement with fans around the world.”
Original content for Beckham’s YouTube channel will be produced by ITN, Wheelhouse and Portal A.
A graduate of the Louisiana State University Tigers football program, Beckham, 26, was selected by the New York Giants in the in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft with the 12th overall pick. He is a three-time Pro Bowl selection and has been named a second-team All-Pro twice.
WME represents Beckham and brokered the partnership on his behalf with Wheelhouse Entertainment.
