Global streamer Amazon Prime Video will follow storied English football club Tottenham Hotspur FC as part of the latest installment of its ‘All or Nothing’ sports programming strand.

All or Nothing: Tottenham Hotspur will serve as a behind-the-scenes, multi-part docuseries chronicling the North London-based club through its current 2019-2020 season in the English Premiere League, fresh off of a UEFA Champions League final for the first time in its history.

The Amazon Original series will provide an in-depth look at the inner workings of the club – founded in 1882 – during a pivotal season by following Spurs players and management inside their brand new 62,000-seat stadium and training facility in North Tottenham, while also navigating through life away from the football pitch and the club’s extensive work and impact in helping to transform the local area.

The docuseries will offer close-up access to players and staff including Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino, England international striker Harry Kane (pictured), club captain and French World Cup champion Hugo Lloris, South Korean international Son Heung-min and Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen, as well as new signings in Tanguy Ndombele, Ryan Sessegnon and Giovanni Lo Celso.

All or Nothing: Tottenham Hotspur is produced by London indie 72 Films and is executive produced by Mark Raphael and John Douglas. Anthony Philipson is series director and Clare Cameron, series producer.

The project will join Amazon Prime Video’s growing line-up of sports-centric content, which currently includes such documentaries as All or Nothing: Manchester CityTake Us Home: Leeds United, Inside Borussia DortmundSix Dreams, Steven Gerrard’s Make Us Dream, Raphaël Varane: Destin de champion and El Corazón de Sergio Ramos. During a keynote interview at MIPCOM earlier this week, Amazon Studios’ director of European originals, Georgia Brown, said it’s a genre that yields great returns for the streamer.

“It’s definitely a genre we are very focused on, as it has a very passionate customer base for us,” she said at the time.

All or Nothing: Tottenham Hotspur will launch on Amazon Prime Video in 2020 in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.

“We are looking forward to bringing our supporters and viewers around the world closer to the club than ever before and sharing our story through Amazon’s world-class platform as we embark on our first full season at our new stadium in our home of Tottenham,” said Aidan Mullally, Tottenham Hotspur’s head of business development, in a statement.

“We are delighted to be embarking on this journey with Tottenham Hotspur and delivering another extraordinary look at one of the most exciting teams in the Premier League,” added Georgia Brown, director of European originals at Amazon Studios. “All or Nothing has become a franchise defined by true quality and unprecedented access, and that will be no different with this series. We can’t wait for Prime members worldwide to again experience the highs and lows of a world-class team in the greatest football league on earth.”
