Discovery-owned, home-oriented cable net HGTV is set to launch a new show centered on transforming Airbnbs into cozy theme parks.

Theme Queen follows property designer Moe Anato (pictured), as she revamps regular Airbnb locations, turning them into “themed out masterpieces” in Orlando, FL. The pilot premiere, comprised of two half-hour episodes, includes a dragon’s den, steampunk room, and Jungle Book room.

The series is produced by Nashville-based TackleBox Films. Executive producers are Len WebberShaun Silva, Joe DelGrosso and Brian Friedman for TackleBox Films and Paul Lewis for HGTV.

The Theme Queen two-part pilot premieres on Halloween (Oct. 31) at 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV.
