WarnerMedia’s upcoming direct-to-consumer streaming service HBO Max has commissioned a culinary competition pilot set to reimagine dishes found in pop culture.

Each episode of Fantasy Food Fight, produced by New York’s Talos Films, will feature three highly skilled chefs competing across two cooking rounds to bring famous fictional foods to life.

Contestants will be tasked with reimagining such iconic dishes as Scooby-Doo‘s Scooby Snacks, Willy Wonka‘s Everlasting Gobstopper, Rick and Morty’s Eyeholes and The Flinstone’s Baby Back Dinosaur Ribs. The chef who creates the most inventive and tasty fantasy food will be crowned the winner at the culmination of each episode.

Fantasy Food Fight is executive produced by Elli Hakami and Julian P. Hobbs for Talos Films alongside Teri Weideman (Project Runway, Worst Cooks in America).

A premiere date has not yet been set for Fantasy Food Fight, but HBO Max launches this April.
