Event organizer Reed Exhibitions is moving its 2020 Asia Television Forum & Market online this December due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The Singapore-set conference and market was initially slated to physically take place from December 1-4 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre. Instead, the event will be shifted to a virtual platform over the same dates under the monikerĀ ATF Online+.

ATF Online+’s full program, video and resource libraries will be made available on-demand until February 28, 2021.

The digital event will comprise of the full market and conference experience, including an attendee directory, program and video listings, and meeting tools allowing for video chats.

It will also feature networking and speed dating activities, including mornings with industry leaders; Lunchtime Buying, focused on new insights for today’s buying strategies; and Coffee Hour Fresh Content, which will offer a spread of scripted and unscripted formats.

“To date, there is still much uncertainty on travel restrictions globally, thus impacting our partners who come from all over the world to attend ATF. After much consideration, and in the best interests of the industry, we have decided to take ATF online in order to facilitate business and networking for our industry,” conference organizers said in a statement.
