Endemol Shine Australia, part of Banijay, has restructured its topline team with executive producers Amelia Fisk and Marty Benson moving to director of content posts for Sydney and Melbourne, respectively.
The MasterChef Australia producer also promoted Elliot Spencer, director of development and creative services, to the newly created position of creative director.
Spencer will work on the creative architecture of Endemol Shine Australia’s programs and its branding, in addition to his current development duties.
As part of the shuffle, director of production Jane Macaulay takes on the role of director of production and post-production while commercial director Scott Howard becomes chief operating officer.
All executives report to Endemol Shine Australia CEO Peter Newman.
A number of executives have shifted roles or exited Endemol Shine Group (ESG) in recent months following Banijay’s acquisition of the global producer distributor.
Sydney- and Melbourne-based Endemol Shine Australia’s slate includes such shows as Australian Survivor, Big Brother, LEGO Masters, Australian Ninja Warrior and Married at First Sight, to name a few.
