According to Variety and confirmed by Realscreen, NBCUniversal has finished its restructuring which includes a round of 50 layoffs predominantly in its content division. The moves come from the company’s new television and streaming entertainment chief Susan Rovner (pictured).

On the unscripted side, Sharon Vuong has been given the role of SVP of unscripted development. She was formerly SVP of alternative programming and development when she joined the company from CBS last year.

Shelby Shaftel also moved over to SVP of unscripted current programming from his role as SVP of alternative programming and development.

In the lifestyle and docuseries department, Rachel Smith has been tapped as EVP of unscripted development and Shari Levine has been named EVP of unscripted current production. Smith formerly held the role of EVP of development for Bravo and E!

Levine also comes from Bravo where she was EVP of production that oversaw original series.

In terms of the layoffs, the 50 employees come mainly from the content team, while scheduling, acquisitions and marketing departments round out the rest. According to Variety‘s source, this is the final round of layoffs during this latest restructure.
