NEM Dubrovnik has shifted its dates to run September 6 through 9. The initial plan was for a June event, but organizers switched gears in the hope an in-person event will be able to take place later in the year, following the global COVID-19 vaccine rollout. In keeping with public health safety measures, organizers have planned for the majority of events to be held outdoors.
The market will consist of three days of lectures, panels, Q&As and smaller networking events, with the fourth and final day reserved for delegates to explore the Croatian coastal city, a world-renowned tourist destination.
Delegates and participants include key representatives of Pay TV channels, FTA channels, streaming services, telecom operators and other television services providers, as well as actors, producers, directors, writers, and others. Dubrovnik also hosts this year’s finalists of the NEM Network screenplay writing competition, who will get the opportunity to meet with the potential partners, buyers and/or investors.
NEM Dubrovnik has been attended by more than 180 companies including Deutsche Telekom, Comcast, and HBO Adria, as well as BBC Studios, NBCUniversal and many others.
New Europe Market (NEM) is a collective name for a slate of events organized by the marketing agency Mediavision.
