There, she played an integral role in redefining and elevating the Sirens brand and growing the company with new series and partnerships with Netflix, E!, TBS, HBO Max and Snapchat among others.

Her credits include the upcoming The Wedding Coach for Netflix, Lost Resort for TBS and HBO Max, Nikita Unfiltered for Snapchat, Honestly Loren for Snapchat, The Four for Fox, Four Weddings for TLC, The Taken for TLC, Southern Justice for Nat Geo, Breaking Greenville for TruTV, The Rachel Zoe Project for Bravo, Wife Swap for ABC, Ink Master for Paramount, What Not To Wear for TLC and Made for MTV.
“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Jessica for years in her capacity as a leading producer of unscripted projects and her track record of developing ground-breaking content is second to none,” Jay Peterson, president, Boat Rocker Studios, unscripted, said in a statement. “We’re excited to partner with her on this new venture and look forward to helping develop and produce original, meaningful projects that tell a deeper story about our culture.”
For its part, Boat Rocker Studios is behind a growing number of high-profile scripted, unscripted, and kids & family productions, including Invasion, Dear… and Billie Eilish: The World’s a Little Blurry, all for Apple TV+, Go-Big Show for TBS and Dino Ranch for Disney Junior.
“I’m thrilled to be launching this venture with Boat Rocker and admire their creative philosophy and strategic approach to the industry,” Sebastian-Dayeh said. “I’m equally excited to have the artistic freedom to offer thoughtful storytelling, exceptional execution and to push the boundaries of pop culture in a myriad of ways. Being able to simultaneously champion and collaborate with incredible and under-represented creators is a dream come true.”
