Elspeth Rae and Bronagh Monahan, former Gleam Futures and Endemol Shine talent managers, have launched the talent and entertainment company MonRae Management.

The agency has a number of live projects underway with BBC Studios, Epic Games, #Merky Books and YouTube.

Its talent roster includes YouTube personality DanTDM; Swedish podcasters Jenny and David Mustard; filmmaker, YouTube Creator for Change ambassador and presenter Nadir Nahdi; Fordzilla’s ESports UK team captain Theo Thomas aka BlackPanthaa; entrepreneur, broadcaster and chef John Quilter; Vogue beauty journalist and podcast host Twiggy Jalloh; Esports host and podcaster Adam Savage; makeup artist and founder of #FILTERDROP Sasha Pallari, #Merky author and financial wellness coach Bola Sol; and YouTube Gaming star Yammy.

Rae (pictured right) was previously managing director of Endemol Shine UK production label Cut & Mustard, specializing in bespoke, non-traditional live shows and tours with talent such as KSI, WillNE and DanTDM.

Since 2019, Rae has been consulting and advising talent and producers while managing global talent including DanTDM and Adam Savage.

Monahan (left) first started managing talent at Gleam Futures UK, leading international tours such as Hit The Road USA with Caspar Lee and Joe Sugg, and brokering global endorsement deals with the likes of Coca-Cola and L’OrĂ©al.

Most recently, Monahan has been developing and producing talent-led projects at BBC Studios TalentWorks.
