Realscreen is partnering with filmmaker and executive producer Chuck Braverman and his Westdoc Online video series to bring his interviews with acclaimed documentarians and non-fiction content industry figures to its readership.

In this episode, Braverman talks to director and cinematographer Jenna Rosher, who most recently has served as DP on R.J. Cutler’s Billie Eilish doc, The World’s a Little Blurry, for AppleTV+. She discusses how her career transitioned from journalism studies to producing non-fiction content for various cable nets, to moving into cinematography for such features as Jesus Camp, Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind, and Bikram: Yogi, Guru, Predator among many others.

Here, Rosher discusses her family’s love for film, with her grandfather Charles and father Charles Jr. also being prominent DPs, as well as the evolution of the craft — and the cameras.
