In partnership with Realscreen, industry veterans T Ferguson (pictured, right) and Patrick Jager (left) are presenting the second season of their video series The Distillery.

In the premiere episode of the new season, Ferguson and Jager assemble a fascinating panel of execs across disciplines to discuss what going “back to normal” will look like, and if it is something we should be looking at doing in the first place. What should change as creatives move to a post-pandemic work world? From television to film to theatre and many points between, the discussion touches a wide range of topics and, as always, explores the now and the next.

Joining the discussion are Nancy Glass, founder and CEO of Glass Entertainment Group; Karen Horne, SVP, equity and inclusion at WarnerMedia; and David Korins, president and lead designer for David Korins Design.
