YouTube unveiled a new documentary series for its Originals brand, 30 Days With: Bretman Rock, about the social media star as he tries to survive for a week on his own in the Hawaiian jungle.
The four-part docuseries follows the Philippines-born, Hawaii-raised YouTube star, beauty entrepreneur and fashion icon, followed by more than 40 million fans worldwide, as he prepares for and embarks on his journey into the wilderness, inspired by his late father. The first episode debuts on YouTube June 30.
The series is the latest in the YouTube Originals 30 Days With franchise of multi-episode documentaries that give viewers a glimpse into 30 days in their lives and careers. Previous series include 30 Days With: Why Don’t We, about the popular boy band, and 30 Days With: Ryan Garcia, following the undefeated pro boxer.
30 Days With: Bretman Rock is produced by Znak TV and executive produced by Natalka Znak (pictured) and Jennifer Ducker. Alex Piper is head of unscripted for YouTube Originals, with Lauren Celinski and Ryan Bratton overseeing 30 Days With: Bretman Rock for YouTube Originals.
